The Availability Calendar indicates whether the space you want is available on any given day. Please note that this is always a draft. Email facilities@fairfieldunited.ca or call the church office to ensure availability of the space and time you wish to reserve.
User/Application Form
The User/Application Form covers Process, Terms & Conditions and explains the responsibilities of all parties involved in a Rental Agreement. Renters will need to fill out portions of this form and submit it to the church office before their rental can be approved.
Please note that you have a contract only after we have received your Secuirty Deposit and you and the church representative have signed the User Form.

We are pleased to be able to offer our facilities for use by members of our community.
Theatre and arts groups have used our space for rehearsals and performances. Artists and artisans have held wonderful workshops and exhibitions here. Discussion groups, yoga and other wellness groups have found it a welcoming space for their activities. In addition, the excellent acoustics in our sanctuary make it a perfect venue for concerts and recitals. Let us know where your interests lie and we will work with you to book the facility that best meets your needs.
Here are descriptions of our facilities:
Sanctuary
Perfect for worship, rehearsal, performance, and presentations; excellent acoustics and lighting, wood floor, cushioned pews, wheelchair accessible. Easy access to two washrooms on same floor. Balcony and chancel can be used for break-out space. Accommodates congregation of up to 350 and approximately 25 in the chancel. $30 per hour. $250 on Friday or Saturday. Use of baby-grand piano or organ only with approval of Music Director $35. Sound System by pre-arrangement only. We do not have a sound or lighting technician at this time.
Lower Hall
Excellent setting for informal worship, community presentations, meals, discussions; immediately below Sanctuary, adjacent to the kitchen, carpeted, small stage, wheelchair accessible. Accommodates 120 theatre style, 100 for meals. 14 large tables, 6 small tables, and 100 stacking chairs available. $30 per hour. Piano available.
Kitchen
Well equipped, available only on presentation of Food Safe certificate. $25 for light use (e.g. tea, coffee, cookies), $50 for meal preparation when combined with use of other facilities in the same building. Other use by negotiation.
Fireside Room
Ideal for informal worship, small meetings and discussions, workshops, community events. Carpeted, fireplace, 5 small tables, 15 upholstered chairs and piano available. Wheelchair accessible, washroom a small step down. Accommodates 15 – 30. $20 per hour.
Fairfield Hall
Wooden floor, small stage, small kitchen, washrooms. $30 per hour. Piano available.
Entire building (Sanctuary, Lower Hall, Fireside Room) by negotiation. Not available for non-congregational use between late Saturday and 1pm Sunday.
