Facilities at Fairfield United

We are pleased to be able to offer our facilities for use by members of our community.

Theatre and arts groups have used our space for rehearsals and performances. Artists and artisans have held wonderful workshops and exhibitions here. Discussion groups, yoga and other wellness groups have found it a welcoming space for their activities. In addtion, the excellent acoustics in our sanctuary make it a perfect venue for concerts and recitals. Let us know where your interests lie and we will work with you to book the facility that best meets your needs.

This calendar indicates whether the space you want is available on any given day. Please note that this is always a draft. Email facilities@fairfieldunited.ca or call the church office to ensure availability of the space and time you wish to reserve.

User Form (pdf)
This document covers Process, Terms & Conditions, and explains the responsibilities of all parties involved in a rental agreement. Renters will need to fill out portions of this form and submit it to the church office before their rental can be approved.

Please note that you have a contract only after we have received your security deposit and you and the church representative have signed the user form.
